We are sorry that this has become necessary, but we have been bombarded with SPAM registrations recently. All of our efforts to slow down these SPAMMERS have been met with more creative SPAM registrations. We added the CAPTCHA validation image, then we added a humanizer question, then we added double validation (the user AND the forum administrator need to validate the user's e-mail address and any websites added to their profile). All of these added security features only slowed the SPAMMERS down, it did not stop them.

This is the final solution. Sorry, but it has to be this way. Read and follow the rules below for registration.
If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you cannot register.
If you try to circumvent this pre-registration page, you will not be allowed to register.
If you try an automated registration bot, you will not be allowed to register.

If you have already registered and you get an error message when you click on the activation link in an e-mail, note that we've added stricter security measures and they generate a response from the database, telling you that your account is not yet activated. This is perfectly normal. It does not mean that your activation key is invalid (although it may say that). Your activation key is not valid only due to the fact that your account still needs to be activated by a website administrator, that's all. Please note that we have updated that page to reflect the updated security procedures, so the error message may no longer come up.

1. You must complete the entire registration process. There are no exceptions.
2. You must confirm your e-mail address:
   • Your IP address will be logged into our server.
   • Your e-mail address will also be validated.
   • If you do not supply a valid e-mail, your registration will stop right there.
3. If you insert a website into your profile and it is not a personal website (for example, one registrant recently submitted a website that was a list of home loans and where to get them, this is NOT a personal website. We have several members who do have commercial websites, and we do allow those, but the website must NOT be a website that does nothing but advertise other websites, is a search engine, is a porno site, a SPAM site, etc.....) your registration will be denied. If you feel you were denied unfairly, you can always contact us about it.
4. You must use the validation link that is sent to your e-mail address (this is why you must supply a valid e-mail address)
5. Your application will then be sent to the forum administrator for approval. If your registration appears to be valid, you will be activated. If you are a SPAMMER, your application will be denied, your IP address will be blocked and you will be reported to your ISP as a SPAMMER.
